David H. Harris

David Hughes Harris, is a graduate of American University Washington College of Law (J.D. 1995) and American University (B.A. 1991).During his undergraduate years, David served as an Intern in the United States Senate and thereafter as a Research Assistant in the United Kingdom�s House of Commons.In law school, David was Chair of the National Moot Court Team and Lead Oral Advocate in the National Moot Court Competition.

As a trial lawyer, David has had significant advocacy experience in both the public and private sectors. He has tried cases before juries and arbitration panels.At Goldstein, Buckley, Cechman, Rice & Purtz, P.A., Mr. Harris focuses on select individual cases, mass torts, and class actions, including:antitrust, products liability, pharmaceutical torts, toxic torts, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death.
