David Hughes Harris, is a graduate of American University Washington College of Law (J.D. 1995) and American University (B.A. 1991).� During his undergraduate years, David served as an Intern in the United States Senate and thereafter as a Research Assistant in the United Kingdom�s House of Commons.� In law school, David was Chair of the National Moot Court Team and Lead Oral Advocate in the National Moot Court Competition.

As a trial lawyer, David has had significant advocacy experience in both the public and private sectors. �He has tried cases before juries and arbitration panels.� At Goldstein, Buckley, Cechman, Rice & Purtz, P.A., Mr. Harris focuses on select individual cases, mass torts, and class actions, including:� antitrust, products liability, pharmaceutical torts, toxic torts, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death.
