Michael
J. Ciccarone was admitted to practice law in Florida
in 1984 where he served as Chief Land Use Attorney
for the Lee County Attorneys Office. He specializes
in real estate, land development and eminent domain
matters.
After
graduating Duke University with a Juris Doctorate
in 1973, he was admitted to practice law in Ohio
where he was the City Attorney and City Manager
of Kent.
Mr. Ciccarone is the former chairman
of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee for the
20th Judicial Circuit. He is a member of the Lee
County Bar Association, the Real Estate Investment
Society, and Urban Land Institute.
