How does the no attorney fee unless we win work?

All personal injury attorneys work on a contingency fee basis. That's across-the-board for personal injury attorneys; firms that advertise that this is something special are just trying to sound unique. No fees unless we win means we just get a percentage of the recovery, only if we win your case. So, once we get a recovery then we get our fees. We never charge you anything out-of-pocket without a recovery and the same goes regarding costs. We won't come to you and say "you have to pay for medical records" or that sort of thing. We are not expecting any type of compensation unless we recover for you. If you have an extremely tough case, and for some reason, there's no recovery, you do not owe us a thing.
